Frequently asked questions
How are meeting room hours deducted?
Each time you book a meeting room, the hours are automatically deducted from your plan quota for the current period (week or month). Your balance is visible at any time in your client area.
What happens if I exceed my quota?
Extra hours are charged at the room's standard hourly rate. The quote shown when booking tells you before you confirm.
Are unused hours carried over?
No: unused hours are lost at the end of the period (calendar week or month).
How do I pay for my plan?
Payment is made on site at the front desk: cash, cheque, bank card or transfer. You receive a receipt and an invoice, which remain downloadable in your account.
Can a company book several seats?
Yes: business plans include a number of seats. The company books seats without having to register its employees.
